Leucas Global Academia is an independent overseas-education consultancy. Depending on the package you choose, our Services may include education and career counselling, course and country guidance, university shortlisting, application assistance, document and Statement of Purpose review, mock interviews, guidance on the student-visa process, and pre-departure and relocation guidance for destinations including (among others) Poland, Austria, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Georgia, Albania and Germany.
We act as an advisory and facilitation service only. We are not a university, a government body, an immigration agent of any government, a financial institution, or a travel or insurance provider. The actual decisions on admission, visa issuance, scholarships and funding rest solely with the relevant Institutions and Authorities.
The specific scope of Services applicable to you will be set out in the service agreement, invoice or written communication shared with you at the time of engagement, which prevails in the event of any conflict with the general descriptions on this Website.
Our Services are advisory in nature. We do not and cannot guarantee admission to any Institution, the grant of any visa or residence permit, the award of any scholarship or financial aid, a specific intake date, accommodation, employment, or any particular processing time.
Admission and visa decisions are made entirely at the discretion of the Institutions and Authorities, based on their own criteria, your profile and documentation, and prevailing rules that may change without notice. Any opinion we share about your chances of success, expected timelines, costs, or post-study opportunities is an informed estimate offered in good faith and must not be treated as a promise or warranty.
Engaging our Services, or the payment of Service Charges, does not entitle you to any guaranteed result.
When you engage with us, you agree to:
You acknowledge that the success of your application depends substantially on your own profile, conduct, finances and honesty, and that we rely on the information and documents you give us.
We are not responsible for verifying the authenticity of documents you supply, and we will not knowingly submit any document we believe to be false. If you provide inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or fraudulent information or documents, we may suspend or terminate our Services to you immediately and without refund, and you will remain solely responsible for any consequence, including application rejection, visa refusal, bans or legal action by any Institution or Authority.
Our initial counselling is offered free of charge. Where chargeable Services apply, the Service Charges, what they include, and the payment schedule will be quoted to you in writing before you commit. Unless stated otherwise, all amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST, which will be added where required by law.
Service Charges represent payment for our professional time, advice and assistance. Because that work is performed regardless of the final decision of any Institution or Authority, Service Charges are not contingent on a successful outcome unless we have expressly agreed so in writing.
Unless your written agreement states otherwise, our Service Charges do not include amounts payable to third parties, such as: Institution application or registration fees; tuition and deposits; language or aptitude test fees (e.g. IELTS, language certifications); visa, biometric and immigration fees; document attestation, translation, apostille and courier charges; medical, travel and insurance costs; airfare and accommodation. These are payable by you directly to the relevant provider, and we are not responsible for their amount, changes, refunds or non-refund.
Any refund of Service Charges is governed solely by the refund policy set out in your written service agreement. As a general framework, and subject to that agreement:

In the course of our Services we may refer you to, or coordinate with, Institutions, Authorities, loan or insurance providers, accommodation providers, translation or attestation agencies and similar third parties. We do this to assist you, but we do not control them and are not their agent. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, decisions, fees, delays, quality of service or contractual terms of any third party, and any contract you enter into with them is strictly between you and that party.
All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, the “Leucas Global Academia” name and brand, images, layout and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Website for your own personal, non-commercial reference only.
You may not, without our prior written permission, copy, reproduce, republish, sell, rent, sub-license, distribute or exploit any material from the Website, or use our name, logo or brand in any way that suggests an association or endorsement that does not exist.

Subject to Section 18, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our Services shall not exceed the total Service Charges actually paid by you to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leucas Global Academia and its team against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or any false, misleading or fraudulent information or document you provide.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our Services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including changes in immigration or government policy, embassy or Institution delays or closures, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, or failures of internet, power or third-party systems.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Website or our Services after that constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with your written service agreement and our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding their subject matter.
