As the Head of Finance and People Management at Helpyy.com, she plays a pivotal role in aligning business strategy with operational efficiency while fostering a culture of collaboration and purpose.
Her extensive career includes over 12 years at IBM India, where she held key roles such as Co-Marketing Programs Manager (Channels and Distribution), Operations Lead – Marketing & Communications, and Lead – Marketing Operations. During her tenure, she worked across functions including sales, service support, and partner engagement, consistently delivering high-impact solutions and business insights at the executive level.
Prior to IBM, Anindita gained valuable experience in customer operations and coordination roles at Compaq Computer Corporation and HCL Comnet, contributing to her holistic understanding of business ecosystems. Her professional journey also includes impactful roles in the hospitality industry with the Taj and Oberoi Group.
At Helpyy.com, she oversees financial planning, operational governance, and HR strategy—guiding the organization with a steady hand and people-first mindset. She is also the driving force behind “The Sualkuchi Project,” a grassroots initiative supporting women’s empowerment in rural Assam.
Anindita holds a Bachelor’s degree from Calcutta University and a Diploma in Business Management & Administration Training from All India Educational Society. With a strong belief in structured methodologies and process excellence, she continues to shape Helpyy’s growth with passion and purpose.
