2011: A legacy of quality service
The key founder Ms Philomena Phukan was part of the Barman Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. established in 2011 catering to housekeeping and security services. It was one of the early ventures established by North East Professionals in Bengaluru.
2024: Serve and Secure Ventures
In the early 2024, Serve and Secure Ventures was established as a partnership firm which Acqui-hired the resources of Barman Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. The legal entity wasn’t acquired.
2024: Building the Leadership Team
Ms Aanchal Kukreja, an accomplished professional joined the team in later part of 2024. She is the former Sales Director of Enzyme Office. Prior to that, she was the Astt. VP at Cushman & Wakefield and held various leadership roles at JLL and HDFC Reality.
2025: Launching India's first 'On Demand' Services
We launched India’s one and only ‘On demand‘ services for maids, cooks, security guards, housekeeping where clients can book these instant services. We launched in select zones in Bengaluru.
